I feel I need to redeem these guys. I ordered gluten free pasta cavatappi. It was cooked perfect. The staff was very nice and the place is very clean. Im here now and its noon. They are doing great!

Noodles & Company offers a wide variety of dishes done in different styles which provides a menu that while all items are basically noodle dishes there is a considerable amount of variety. There are offerings in styles from all over the world but all recipes have been Americanized so don't worry about going too far out of your comfort zone. My service was wonderful, I asked about the Thai hot pot, which I believe is a new menu option. I felt that I received an honest review of it which is much better than the typical response of "it's good" I get at many fast-ish style places like this. I did decide to try it and I found it to be wonderful. It is spicy and the broth thick. I ordered it to go and annoyed my coworkers as I delightfully slurped each bite. This did have the downside of making a mess all over my cubicle but totally worth it. I believe that the Thai Hot Pot will be my go to Noodles dish for some time to come.

I have been to this location multiple times. Usually just averaged service (always something small wrong that I have chosen to overlook) BUT when you ask for no mushrooms (and it clearly says no mushrooms on your receipt) then you spend 10 min picking them out of your meal...the company loses a customer :/

Ordered the Pesto Cavatappi and added chicken. When I got home and opened the container I was only able to find a single bite-sized cube of chicken in the bottom of the bowl. I don't even know how they managed to do this...

Warning!!!! If you have an hour for lunch... DO NOT COME HERE! I have been here a dozen times... and there's just NEVER a way around it. So I quit. I am not doing this to myself anymore. I even ordered online and requested it to be ready at 12:15. I walked over to Noodles at 12:10. I waited in line for 10 minutes. Was at the front of the line and the still hadn't started making my order. I ordered a salad for someone I was with. We didn't get that salad until 12:55!!!! This is the Denver Tech Center, we cannot spend 50 minutes eating lunch. I would have faster service going to a sit down restaurant. This place is ridiculous. I've tried every method possible to get fed and they just can't get it done. Stay away!

I don't know how long until it will take them to get a clue here. Just order carry out. Staff was rude, food did not have beef as requested. I have contacted them via email in the past but nothing has changed. Hampden location is so much better. I love noodles but this location sucks. I give it a try from time to time hoping it improves because its close to home. But it doesn't.

WTF? There are 3 tables in here eating - 4 people total. There are 4 people working. And yet, 6 tables have dirty dishes sitting on them? Does anybody care? Are you too busy to clean up? Very very disappointing.

I've been in here multiple times. And every single time. The staff is the WORST. They are completely rude. They don't even greet you. They literally just state at you and wait for you to initiate your order.. Rather than friendly inviting you in. One last note. They have no sense of urgency in the epicenter of a business district. I will never come to this location again.

Not my favorite location to dine at but it was convenient as I was moving and I needed a quick dinner. Quick didn't happen but the spaghetti and meatballs hit the spot. I can certainly make that at home but everything was packed up and ready to be moved. The food was good, the staff was average but I was happy to be able to grab a non greasy meal. Moving makes eating a pain in the butt.

I've never understood the appeal of noodle places like Noodles and Company. Yeah, it has a variety of noodles from different regions of the world (Mediterranean, Asia, etc) but a noodle dish is something I can make at home so I never think to stop in for a meal. We stopped at this location a few weeks ago before a concert. While the employees here were super friendly and helpful with suggestions to eat, the food was tasteless and really had no substance. I ordered the Indonesian Peanut Saute and it was packed with veggies but held no flavor in it. My bf ordered some kind of chicken marinara pasta and they forgot the chicken with it. It took them some time to get the chicken out and he was halfway through his meal when they did finally bring it out. Plus the place was an ice box and all I could think about was 1) Getting out of there to warm out 2) What other establishments were in the area that I could grab a quick bite at to make up for the weak dish I had. I wrote the company letting them know about the experience and a manager from this location, Eric, was quick to respond to me. He apologized for the experience I had and told me he would like to make it up to me if I wanted to come in again. I told him he didn't have to do that but may just stop in again. That being said, Noodles and Company has redeemed themselves in my book. I stopped in yesterday afternoon for lunch and it was a complete 180 from my last experience. It wasn't freezing in the restaurant and I ordered something absolutely heavenly-the truffle oil mac and cheese. I'm not even a huge mac and cheese person but this dish was like a huge bowl of comfort---rich, creamy doused in truffle oil and adorned with portobello mushrooms. I had the grilled chicken with it so I could get some protein in and I can say with 100% confidence this is a dish I could come back to Noodles and Company for. While it may not be my top pick for somewhere to dine, I really appreciate how proactive and customer focused the management is.

Food was mediocre, rather cold and they forgot my receipt. And of course there isn't away to get those after a check closes apparently.

What the hell is going on with noodles?!?!. Every single time I come here my noodles are so under cooked they literally stick to my teeth. I usually come so hungry I don't feel like sending it back. Which I tried before and then they come undercooked again. It's so disturbing eating a meal you love but every but you have to choke down undercooked noodles. Talk about a stomach ache later. Hampden and i25 is the only noodles I know that never screws up a dish. This location needs to figure out what they're cook it doing. It's driving me away.

Dont go there! The staff is rude and they messed up my order and didnt give me what I asked. I had it to go so I didnt even notice when I got it. I ate anyway because I was starving and what they gave me was gross and cold. They also forgot my recipt. Not going back.

I love noodles and I really want to like this place. But every time I convince myself to give it another try, I am severely disappointed. Noodles are one of the simplest foods to cook but the noodles here are all wrong. This is particularly inexcusable for a restaurant that names itself after the noodle. Noodles & Co. is giving the noodle a bad name. They are re-branding one of the most succulent comfort foods into dry bland starchy papery shapes of barely edible quality. The noodles here may be fresh and natural--the ingredients seem generally healthy--but as far as taste goes, I might as well be eating woodchips. To make matters worse, any time I have the slightest special request on an order, they always manage to muck it up. Yet--I keep coming back. The place has potential. It's a great concept, it's generally healthy and it's cheap. With a little work on the taste and the service, Noodles could do its namesake proud.

After a return with an invitation to dine again, we chose different meals. Still the same soggy pasta and lukewarm food. I chose the penne roma tomato with Parmesan crusted chicken. The chicken was warm, the sauce was warm and the pasta seemed as though it had been sitting in some pasta bin for some time. I probably won't head back. Edibility is better at 3 out of 5 stars but what is the point of an establishment if they tell you what to order, rather than having the freedom to choose?

Noodles and Co are solid. They have a few veg offerings, and the Japanese bowl is vegan (and tasty). I've had it twice at two locations and it was totally consistent. There need to be more veggies in it though!!! And what's with charging 2.60 to add TOFU?! A dollar or a dollar fifty maybe....

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
